Aurora and Seward was billed as a Class B top 10 showdown with a district championship on the line.

A huge start from the Huskies snowballed into a rout as Aurora defeated Seward 50-14 on its home field to win the district crown.

Aurora forced four Seward turnovers on the night, two of which coming from Britton Kemling, turning an interception into a pick six in the first quarter that gave the Huskies a 22-0 lead.

It was all part of a three-touchdown first quarter for Aurora, who eventually led 50-8 at the half.

Carlos Collazo finished with 141 yards on 15 carries and two scores. Aurora held a powerful Seward offense to just 147 total yards.

Aurora's first-round playoff opponent will be announced Saturday morning by the NSAA with the full bracket. The Huskies enter the playoffs on a seven-game win streak after losing its first two games of the season. Watch our website and social media channels for updates.
