|Pressure putts sink win|
Coach Craig Badura likes to create simulated pressure situations for his golf team during practice rounds, and that practice paid off Saturday as the Huskies came through in the clutch to win their home invite in a dramatic two-hole playoff over Grand Island Central Catholic.
Senior Luke Grossnicklaus avoided another playoff when he drained a 10-foot putt on the final hole to win medalist honors by a single stroke. He and teammate Brock Reichardt then outdueled Central Catholicâ€™s top two golfers to secure the team title.
