Prairie Plains Resource Institute had a homecoming of sorts in February, moving from offices that fronted onto 13th Street to offices that front onto L Street.
“We haven’t changed our mailing or delivery address, just locations,” said PPRI education coordinator Jan Whitney.
While that sounds confusing, Whitney explained their new offices are actually the site of the first office they opened when they moved PPRI out of their home in 1979. That building formerly was utilized as Higby Mortuary’s coffin and ambulance storage space.
