Aurora girls tumble twice to end regular season PDF E-mail

The Aurora girls basketball team’s struggling offense couldn’t keep pace with Holdrege and Grand Island Northwest this past weekend.
Or rather, they couldn’t keep pace with Duster senior Maggie Nelson and Viking junior McKenzie Brown who combined for 13 three-pointers and 47 points.
The Huskies lost back-to-back games at home to finish out their regular season, losing to Holdrege 53-27 and to Northwest 66-22.
The two setbacks extend the girls’ losing streak to 10 games dating back to Jan. 11.
