With just $2.75 million available in the city coffers, Aurora City Council members are turning to Aquatic Recreation Center officials to find a method to come up with swimming pool that serves the city and its needs.
Legal representation for the city and ARC have been asked to draft the necessary agreements that would be needed in the event a viable facility can be constructed.
