Two Aurora teachers to retire PDF E-mail

Aurora Public Schools will have two teaching positions to fill for the 2013-14 school year after the retirement of two long-time educators at the end of May.
With regrets, school board members accepted the resignations of middle school social studies teacher Bruce Ramsour and fifth grade teacher Claire Frevert.
Ramsour has taught all 38 years in Aurora and Frevert has taught 35 of her 38 years in Aurora.
Two other resignations also were accepted.
Steve Jacobsen, who serves as half-time counselor at the high school, informed board members of his intent to retire at the end of the school year.
Judy Dick, secretary to Aurora High School principal Doug Kittle, also plans to retire at the end of the school year.
