Giltner stayed at No. 2 in Class D2 and High Plains stayed No. 7 in D1 according to the Lincoln Journal Star boys basketball ratings released late Monday. In Class D2, Falls City Sacred Heart (18-3) leads Giltner (16-3). After the Hornets are Wausa (17-1), Spalding/Spalding Academy (18-2), Leyton (16-1), Sterling (15-6), Bancroft-Rosalie (15-4), Wynot (16-3), Humphrey St. Francis (13-6) and Sandhills-Thedford (16-4). Howells-Dodge and Kenesaw, both 19-0, lead Class D1, followed by St. Mary’s (17-1), Paxton (19-0), BDS (17-3), Pawnee City (17-4), High Plains (16-3), Arapahoe (18-4), Overton (14-5) and Randolph (14-4). In the girls ratings, Giltner (14-6) and Hampton (11-6) are both listed as ratings contenders. |
