An Aurora native’s heroic action in saving the life of a Missouri truck driver back in August earned him the Hy-Vee and American Red Cross Heroes Award, presented prior to the Iowa Hawkeyes vs Nebraska Cornhuskers Heroes Game Friday morning in Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City.
