Hamilton County Sheriff announces airplane crash fatality.

At 9:12 p.m. on Thursday, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a plane crash near 5th and X roads in Hamilton County.Deputies from Hamilton and York counties responded to the crash site along with Henderson Fire Department and Aurora Ambulance.

Ryan Staehr takes a chunky divot off the par-3 17th hole during Thursday’s second round of the Class B state golf tournament at Scottsbluff Country Club. Staehr turned in rounds of 86 and 88 for a two-day score of 174.
