Mother Nature played a cruel joke on spring flowers and trees sitting outside the Aurora Mall last week. The flowering trees and plants were coated with layers of ice in a freak April storm that included sleet, rain and snow.

Manor to offer Monday meals PDF E-mail

As of Monday, Hamilton Manor will begin to offer Monday noon meals to seniors, to fill a need that has arisen with the Frank M. Farr Senior Center’s decision to close Mondays as a cost-saving measure.

A notice offering Monday meals will be posted at the senior center, along with a list of menus for Mondays and a phone number for them to call. Depending on how many sign up for meals, Manor administration will decide whether to have them eat in the north wing or integrate them into the main dining room.
